Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit celestefarms.com, buy an event ticket, sign up for a farm membership, purchase a gift card, or book a private event. By using the site or attending an event, you agree to these terms. If you're booking on behalf of others, you're agreeing on their behalf too.

Event tickets

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time of the event you purchased.
  • Refunds:Full refund available up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward a future event. We can't refund no-shows.
  • Rescheduling: Contact us at least 48 hours before the event and we'll do our best to rebook you, subject to availability.
  • If we cancel an event — for weather, staffing, or any other reason — you'll receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Most events are outdoors or partially outdoors. Events proceed rain or shine unless we explicitly cancel.

Farm membership

  • Membership is $10 per month, billed through Square. There is a one-time $50 enrollment fee that includes a Celeste Farms tote bag.
  • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The enrollment fee is non-refundable once you've signed up.
  • Member discounts are applied automatically at online checkout. In person, share your phone number at checkout to have your membership recognized.
  • Membership is per person and non-transferable. At Gather events, member discounts extend to up to 3 guests joining you.
  • We may suspend or terminate a membership for behavior that harms other guests, staff, or the property.

Private events & weddings

  • A signed event agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Specific cancellation terms, deposit amounts, and balance due dates are outlined in your individual agreement.
  • Final guest counts and menu selections are due 14 days before your event.
  • Weather contingencies for outdoor portions of your event are addressed in your agreement. Some parts of the property are weather-dependent.
  • You're responsible for the conduct of your guests and for any damage caused during your event.

Gift cards

  • Gift cards can be redeemed toward any Celeste Farms experience or product.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
  • Treat gift cards like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless you can prove original purchase.

Field Spa & venue safety

The Field Spa — our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge — involves extreme temperatures and physical stress. By using the facilities, you acknowledge the risks and assume personal responsibility. Please:

  • Consult a physician before use if you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns.
  • Stay hydrated, listen to your body, and step out at the first sign of discomfort.
  • Follow all posted rules and instructions from our staff.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times on the property.
  • Smoking, illegal drugs, and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the property.

Food & allergies

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. We work hard to accommodate dietary needs, but our kitchen prepares dishes containing common allergens (including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and shellfish) and cross-contamination is possible. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies attend at their own risk.

Alcohol

Alcohol is served at private events only under a banquet license and in accordance with Virginia ABC regulations. Guests must be 21 or older to be served alcohol, and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Intellectual property

Content on celestefarms.com — including photos, copy, logos, and designs — is owned by Celeste Farms. Please don't reproduce or redistribute without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celeste Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at any event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms waives liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here. Continued use of the site or attendance at events means you accept the updated terms.
