An elevated expression on The Farmer & The Chef Dinner Series. Find the nuance and detail in our seasonal produce and select house made provisions. Chef Ashton and team have been thoughtfully curating throughout the year to create a 5-course plated meal with beverage pairings for you and other guests in our 1881 farmhouse. 

During the meal the chef and his team will describe the dishes and why they chose to offer in such a succession, and why they thought the beverage found the harmony in its match.

Your evening begins with a reception accompanied by a light bite and house-made beverages. We then take the guests on a tour of our property and discuss what and why we are growing what we have to offer. After dinner service, we invite you to continue in conversation and unwind around a fire.
