Please time to review the following material before taking part in the spa.

Field Spa Breakfast

How we sauna:

Start in the sauna for 15 to 20 minutes

Rinse off

Jump in the cold plunge for 2 minute

Hang out by the fire for 5 minutes

Repeat

Finish with a few minutes in the hot tub

keep it fun!

  • Don't be afraid to squeeze in! The saunas house up to 6 people at a time

    • Please be mindful of the guests and allow everyone to have a turn as people are in and out

    • If you start to feel lightheaded in any way, remove yourself immediately 

    We ask that you rinse off after getting out the sauna before using cold pluge / hot tub

    • We ask that you rinse off after getting out the sauna before getting into the ice bath or hot tub


    • Each guest receives one free towel rental with ticket - if you need additional towels they can be rented via the spa store site

    • Clean towels are stored in the green bins

    • Used towels going into the woven basket

    • To hot? add water using the cold water hydrant. Dont worry if it overflows

    • To cold? Add some fire wood and keep the lid off

  • If the water runs out it can be filled at the hydrant by the rinse station

    • We have a variety of unique non alcoholic beverages from Point 5 for purchase though venmo or our website 

    • Ice can be added as needed from middle tub 

*Guest need to supply their own water vessel. Water can be refilled at the hydrant near the rinse-off station. No glass, please

*One gym towel is included per ticket

*Your ticket is valid for 1-hour during your chosen time slot

*Guest access areas: The Field Spa, backyard area, outdoor restrooms (located just behind the second greenhouse) and parking area (please see highlighted area on map below)

*Guest prohibited areas: Anything outside of the access area: The farmhouse, under the barn, dining meadow, the grow areas, greenhouses, and neighboring properties

*Walking between garden rows and picking any produce or flowers is prohibited 

*Parking is limited on-site; we encourage folks to carpool if possible. If the front lot is full, additional parking can be found at the very back of the property

*If someone in your party has a physical disability, contact us ahead of time to discuss accommodations

*All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable to different dates.

*Please be aware that events may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes.
