Community Wellness Events : Frequently Asked Questions


What Is Your Refund Policy ?

Refunds on Community Wellness Events can be made so long as you email us 72 hours before the event. After 72 hours we are no longer able to refund your ticket purchase. If that time has passed and you are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to gift it to a loved one, they will need to provide your name at check in!

  1. email Booking@Celestefarms.com with your name and the date and time for which you would like to be refunded

  2. Within three business days, you will get a confirmation email stating your ticket transfer process has been completed. Please note it may take up 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement

 *Please note there is a $5 processing fee associated with each translation that needs to be refunded*

What If I Need to Change My Time ?

If you are looking to change to a different time, immediately purchase tickets to the newly desired time to secure their availability and then proceed with the refund process of your previous purchase. Note refund restrictions apply.

What if The Time Slot I Want is Sold Out ?

Tickets are first come first serve. We are not able to hold or reserve tickets for people at these events. 

 If you are seeking to purchase more tickets for a particular time than what is currently available, please periodically check back on the desired time. We are not able to hold or reserve tickets for people at these events.
