Explore the world of nonalcoholic craft cocktails! Jody of Point 5 and Chef Ashton Carter team up to guide you throughout a 3-course plated and paired meal, showcasing our winter harvest. We invite you to re-imagine what the magic of true dining can be.

Upon arrival, guests can enjoy a seasonal beverage before embarking on a tour of the property that offers insights into the sustainable growing practices employed at Celeste.

Dinner service takes place in our renovated 1881 farmhouse around one long table as Jody leads the evening with nonalcoholic craft cocktail pairings for each of the three courses.

With this series, we hope to provide a space where people explore and indulge in the world of craft nonalcoholic beverages, bringing new light and conversation to what dining is really about.
