Who It’s Intended For

Our wedding packaging is designed with the intention of making both booking and hosting simple and straightforward, allowing us to execute a magical evening for you and your guests on your special day. Included in the property rental fee are all the tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, etc., in most cases making it unnecessary to have to work with a party rental company, saving you time, stress, and money – often eliminating the need for a wedding planner. A day-of property coordinator is also included to ensure your event runs smoothly. The ceremony is typically held in the fire pit meadow which can accommodate up to 80 seated guests. With the heart of the venue centered around farming, a bulk of the food for your event is grown and harvested on-site, from fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens, to chickens for both meat and eggs. We also utilize other farms in the area when needed and work with Anson Mills for many of our grains and legumes. Unlike many venues, which focus on evergreen landscapes, our farm highlights the natural beauty of the changing seasons, with native ground cover, grasses, flowers, and shrubs. As part of our mantra, we aim to work with and support local artists. Our plates and serving dishes are made just 30 seconds down the road and fired in a wood kiln by Tree Hill Pottery Bowling alley tables, bars and countertops are built by Iron Oak, and our open fire cooking equipment created by Boroughbridge Welding.All of these carefully selected elements come together to set the table for a wonderful evening with your loved ones.

Simply Celeste

You and your guests will have exclusive access to the barn and fire meadow. This package is intended to be a straightforward, all-inclusive, financially accessible way to host a wedding on the property.

Availability: Friday – Sunday, you and your guests will have access to the property from 5 pm until 9 pm, where you may access the property as early as 4 pm for setup.

Accessibility: You and your guests will have exclusive access to the barn and fire meadow, where the back yard and farmhouse may remain open to the public.

Ceremony: The ceremony takes place in the fire pit meadow. (In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held under the barn. Keep in mind, we will already have your tables set in this area.)

Reception: The Reception will take place under the barn, where guests will have access to hang out in the fire pit meadow.

Dining: Dining will take place under the barn and usually lasts about 1 1/2 hours.

Post Dining: Once dinner is complete, we can move tables as needed to create a dance floor under the barn, while other guests can hang out by the fire pits.

Celebrate Celeste

You are booking out the entire property for your wedding and will have exclusive access to the farmhouse, backyard, Field Spa, barn, and fire pit meadow. This customizable packaging is designed to provide you with additional options, including more time on the property, the ability to have a live band or DJ, an optional bride and groom’s suite to get ready, and more. You and your guests will have exclusive access to the entire property.

Availability: Friday – Sunday, the property becomes available to you starting at 1 pm for setup and includes 4 hours of service time. Additional service time may be added if desired. The party must end by 11 PM. (Please note our public events end at 1:00 pm. We will be resetting the space during this time to get ready for your party, which can start no earlier than 4:00 pm.)

Accessibility: You are renting out the entire property for the wedding, and you and your guests will have exclusive access to the Farmhouse, backyard, Field Spa, barn, fire pit meadow.

Ceremony: The ceremony takes place in the fire pit meadow. (In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in the house. Please note that space is limited and we may not have the room to fit everyone in seats.)

Reception: The Reception will take place in the farmhouse, and we will have cocktail tables set up in the backyard.

Dining: Dining will take place under the barn and usually lasts about 1 1/2 hours.

Post Dining: Once dinner is complete, we can move tables as needed to create a dance floor under the barn, while other guests can hang out by the fire pits.

Catering

Family Style

Designed for hosting parties up to 80 people. Family-style catering service is centered around casual, yet sophisticated dining, where a beautiful spread of food is passed between your guests seated around a single long table. Food is prepared in front of your guests over an open fire grill (weather permitting), where our farm-raised chicken is the main protein, and the entire menu is dependent on both what’s in season and the dietary restrictions of your party.

$75 per person / $2500 minimum

Grazing Table

Designed for hosting parties up to 120 people. The mingle catering service is centered around a spread of satiating stationed appetizers, accompanied by a variety of accoutrements. Cocktail tables and seated 6 tops will be set up throughout the barn, creating a social atmosphere. Beverage service takes place at the bar. (While this is a great option for parties over 80, we truly pride ourselves on our family-style service.)

$55 per person /$2500 minimum

Beverage Service

While water and tea are included in the catering packaging, additional beverage service can be added and includes two hours at the start of your choice. There is a $500 minimum for the first two hours. Beverages are served from the bar. Additional time with the bartender can be added if desired. A banquet license will be required to serve any Alcoholic Beverage.
