Ways to rent the space
There are two ways to host a party on the farm: either a Private Reservation or a Property Buyout. With both packages, a minimum food order must be met, and additional add-ons, such as bartenders, may be added to your package.
Private Reservation: Intended for occasions where a bit more intimacy and service are desired from our standard Supers, such as a family reunion, friends gathering, birthday party, or corporate dinner. Your party will have access to the entire property and exclusive access to the barn and fire pit medow. Bartender Service can also be added if desired. Available Friday – Sunday, for up to 4 hours from 5 – 9.
$1000 for the venue + $800 minimum farm plate catering / $2000 minimum for mingle catering
*Please note that Celeste will be open to the public with our Field Spa and Super service taking place in the lawn garden, and farmhouse, in conjunction with your Private Reservation under the barn and fire pit medow
Wedding / Property Buyout: Intended for special occasions where complete privacy is desired, and/or the event demands exclusive access to the farmhouse, lawn garden, fire pit medow, and barn. Buying out the property gives you and your guest exlusive access to the property for up to 7 hours. Available Friday – Sunday.
$6000 for the venue + $2000 minimum in mingle/family style catering
*Please note that property buy outs are first come first serve and are limited to keep our facilities accessable and routinely open to our memebers and customers. Anything with a ceremony is concidered a wedding.
For smaller parties that are looking for a little more intimacy or protection from the weather but don’t require a completely private space or a bartender, check out Private Table. With Private Table, you get your own table under the barn with additional extras from our standard Supper service, available Friday – Sunday, starting at $15 a person plus $29 a farm plate.
Catering
Farm Plate: Designed for hosting parties typically ranging from 30 – 80 people. Catering service is centered around casual yet sophisticated family-style dining, where a beautiful spread of food is passed from person to person. Food is prepared in front of your guests over an open fire grill (weather dependent), where our farm-raised chicken is the main protein, and the entire menu is dependent on both what’s in season and the dietary restrictions of the guests.
Starts at $29 a person (only available with a private reservation)
Mingle: Designed for hosting parties typically ranging from 30 – 120 people. Catering service is centered around a spread of satiating station appetizers with a variety of accoutrements and is intended for special events such as birthday & anniversary celebrations, family gatherings, corporate dinners, etc. (currently limited to private buy outs)
Starts at $60 a person (currently only offered with a wedding/property buy out)
Family Style: Designed for hosting parties typically ranging from 30 – 80 people. Catering service is centered around casual yet sophisticated family-style dinning where a beautiful spread of food is passed from person to person. food is prepared in front of your guest over an open fire grill (weather dependent), where our farm-raised chicken is the main protein, and the entire menu is dependent on both what’s in season and the dietary restrictions of the guests.
