A men’s relational support group is a structured, confidential space where men gather to explore their internal experiences in real time, with an emphasis on emotional awareness, relational dynamics, and personal accountability.
Participants are invited to speak honestly about their thoughts, feelings, and patterns, while also receiving direct, respectful feedback from others. This creates opportunities to examine how habitual ways of relating—such as withdrawal, defensiveness, control, or emotional suppression—show up in real relationships.
The group typically emphasizes and encourages:
•Emotional literacy and expression beyond culturally conditioned norms
•Embodiment and somatic awareness as anchors for authenticity
•Interpersonal feedback as a tool for growth and insight
•Accountability and integrity in communication and behavior
•Connection and belonging without performance or posturing
Facilitation intention is to help guide the group in maintaining psychological safety while encouraging honest engagement, helping members stay present with discomfort rather than avoid it. Over time, participants often develop a greater capacity for vulnerability, clearer boundaries, and more aligned ways of relating in their personal and professional lives.
A $20 donation per group is required unless negotiated upfront!
